Profile

  • Login into your account.
  • Go to Settings.
  • Click on the Change Password option.
  • Enter Current Password.
  • Enter New Password.
  • Re-enter your new password (for confirmation)
  • Click on the Reset button.

Follow these steps to edit/update your profile:

For App

  • Login to your account
  • Go to Settings
  • Click on the Profile option
  • Click on Request for Update
  • Support Chat opens

Drop a message with the information supposed to be updated

Your complaint has been created and will be under the consideration of the processing team. 

For website

  • Login to your account
  • Click on the My Profile option from Dashboard Menu
  • Update the data you need to do.
  • Click on Update Now.

Remit Choice is a registered and licensed entity by FCA and HMRC. There are some statutory requirements set by the regulatory authorities. Therefore, it is necessary for us to obtain the required details/documents in a way to verify that transactions are secured and verified.

If your transaction is on Compliance Hold, you need to provide the additional information/document(s) which is required by the Compliance Team.
