• 2. Participation in the Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• 3. The Campaign is open to all registered customers, including new, existing, active, and returning users, subject to account verification and compliance checks.
• 4. Only successfully completed and fully paid transactions during the Campaign period will be considered eligible; failed, cancelled, reversed, or pending transactions are excluded.
• 5. There is no minimum transaction amount unless explicitly stated in official campaign communications.
• 6. The Campaign will run for a limited period as determined by the Company and communicated through official channels.
• 7. The Company reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
• 8. Eligible transactions will be entered into a selection process where cashback of up to 100% of the transaction value may be awarded.
• 9. Winner selection may be based on internal criteria including but not limited to random selection, transaction behaviour, corridor performance, or promotional logic.
• 10. Cashback rewards are subject to verification, compliance screening, and fraud prevention checks prior to approval.
• 11. Cashback reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash outside approved redemption mechanisms.
• 12. Cashback will be credited to winners’ Remit Choice accounts on the 1st of the following month; delays may occur due to non-working days, public holidays, or operational constraints.
• 13. Cashback amounts can be redeemed in accordance with the Company’s Refer a Friend redemption policy and applicable terms.
• 14. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant involved in fraudulent activity, abuse, manipulation, or violation of Campaign rules or Remit Choice’s General Term & Conditions and Privacy Policy, including reversal of rewards if necessary.
• 15. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Company’s decision on all matters related to the Campaign shall be final and binding.
• 16. The winner will be communicated through official communication channels of Remit Choice including but not limited to; Email, Phone, Push notification.
